• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Responsible for providing technical and networking support with Cisco ISE and Cisco Wireless Controllers and Switches.
• Diagnosing hardware and software issues on network components, performing troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades and ensuring devices meet quality standards.
• Deliver reliable solutions and maintain customer satisfaction in a fast-paced service environment.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco ISE for network access control, including guest access portals, 802.1X authentication, and device profiling.
• Design and implement secure guest access solutions using Cisco ISE, ensuring seamless and secure connectivity for visitors.
• Familiarity with Cisco Wireless controllers/Switches and integration with Cisco ISE.
• Provide excellent customer service to end users by resolving issues end to end.
• Maintain compliance: comply with the ITIL process and meet SLA requirements.
• Design and customize Cisco ISE guest access portals, including layout, branding, and functionality enhancements.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship (Infosys is unable to provide sponsorship).

• Understanding of network security principles and practices.
• Experience with guest access solutions and 802.1X authentication.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco ISE guest access and BYOD solutions.
• Troubleshooting skills and familiarity with logs, debugs and packet captures.
• Work closely with ISE and Customer Teams, and stakeholders to align portal customization requirements with organizational goals.
• Excellent communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation.
• Extraordinary planning, project management, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Hands‑on experience working in a Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude.
• Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.

The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates must be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
