Product Listing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-driven and highly organized Product Listing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and data entry skills who is looking to begin or grow their career in ecommerce . You will be responsible for accurately managing product data across our online platforms, ensuring the integrity and consistency of our digital product catalog.

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry of product information into ecommerce platforms
• Create, update, and maintain product listings, including SKUs, pricing, descriptions, and specifications
• Enter and format data from manufacturers into standardized templates
• Organize and categorize products to maintain a logical and customer-friendly online catalog
• Upload and tag product images; ensure they meet platform standards
• Optimize product content (titles, attributes, metadata) for searchability and consistency
• Use Microsoft Excel and internal systems for data uploads, tracking, and reporting
• Assist with regular audits to ensure product data accuracy and completeness
• Support website content updates through Word Press as needed
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy

• Proven experience or strong proficiency in data entry and working with spreadsheets
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy in input and review of data
• Comfortable working with large volumes of product information
• Basic understanding of ecommerce systems and SEO principles is a plus
• Experience with Word Press or ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, etc.) preferred but not required
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Meticulous, methodical, and quality-focused
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain consistency
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented with a positive, problem-solving attitude
