• Minimum of 8 years of Business Analysis experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce and experience in SDLC, testing, and validating solutions
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and control project scope

• Self‑starter with a talent for customer service and strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and become a subject matter expert
• Experience maintaining agile best practices within project teams
