Join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana, to champion the integration of artificial intelligence and process automation across our organization.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a thought leader who will educate and advocate for AI, shape our vision, and guide practical implementation strategies that drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities- Lead AI Vision & Strategy:
Partner with business leaders to define and guide the organization’s AI roadmap. - Educate & Advocate:
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to demystify AI concepts for non‑technical audiences. - Promote Adoption:
Serve as an internal advocate for AI and automation, helping teams understand practical applications and benefits. - Stay Current:
Monitor emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices to inform decision‑making. - Enable Practical Implementation:
Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI‑driven process improvements using tools such as RPA platforms and Generative AI solutions. - Bridge Business & Technology:
Work closely with product managers and technical teams to ensure AI initiatives are feasible, ethical, and aligned with business needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, LLaMA).
- Strong understanding of AI trends, ethical considerations, and practical business applications.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for AI’s potential to transform operations.
- Proven experience leading AI adoption initiatives or implementing practical AI solutions in a business context.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
- Demonstrated experience applying AI or automation to solve real‑world business challenges without requiring deep technical development skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future, without company sponsorship.
- Must be able to work onsite at our corporate office in Indianapolis, Indiana (non‑hybrid, non‑remote).
