** BI&A – Connected experience analytics lead (senior mgr.)

Roles & Responsibilities :
*** Be the AI champion in BI&A team, to leverage data & AI and bring analytics to the next level of empowering connected experience of patients and consumers
* Innovatively crafting and driving new initiatives incl. but not limited to GEO/Ai search analytics, AI4BI, AI modelling, etc.
* Lead advanced analytics projects including forecast modelling, marketing mix modelling, media modelling, DMP/CDP analytics, etc.
* Proactively connect dots and drive comprehensive analytics into business actions
* Develop trust partnership with global team and local cross function team,  driving BI&A as more impactful business partner
*
* Qualifications:

*** >10 years' experience in consumer insight/analysis in both agency and client side, preferably FMCG and retail industry
* Capable of connecting dots across different data sources, with strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Experience in proactively drive strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
* Familiar with in market data (Nielsen, Kantar, IQVIA, etc.) , online tracking tools, EC data tools, etc.
* Hands-on experience in statistical analytics. g. time series forecast, correlation, regression analysis and knowledge in data infrastructure, PBI, etc.
* Strong oral and written communication
* Skills and ability to influence peers/ upwards
* Open minded, flexible in changes and quick learner of new capabilities.
