We are seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition who drives enterprise-wide growth and has the capability to build by leading all field operations and corporate recruiting, talent branding, sourcing, and retention efforts.

About the Role

This role designs and executes a multi-year talent acquisition, workforce planning, and talent strategy roadmap that strengthens talent Pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Builds and executes a 2-3 year talent acquisition, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Leads enterprise workforce planning in partnership with Finance and HR, leveraging data to forecast needs, model staffing scenarios, and guide resourcing decisions.
  • Oversees the talent acquisition budget, external agency spend, and cost optimization strategies across agencies, job boards, immigration, relocation, and contingent labor.
  • Directs high-impact recruiting initiatives, including executive hiring, female and indigenous recruiting, and recruitment branding campaigns.
  • Strengthens employer branding to attract top talent, with ownership of talent marketing, social presence, university relations, and national visibility programs.
  • Oversees the enterprise internship program to create early-career pipelines and future workforce readiness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Industry/business knowledge in geographically dispersed field operations organization.
  • CHRP, SHRM-SP and/or RPR designation.
  • Advanced experience in workforce planning, staffing modeling, and long-range resource forecasting.
  • Proven experience managing immigration processes, relocation programs, and external mobility vendors.
  • Knowledge of United States and Canadian employment laws and recruiting practices.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing projects with an enterprise-wide scope and roll-out.
  • Proven success sourcing, interviewing, recruitment, and development of candidates with an expertise in recruitment techniques.
  • Demonstrated data analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting nuances across traditional and digital channels.
