The Bilingual Staffing Specialist supports recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role helps ensure production staffing needs are met by sourcing and hiring qualified candidates while providing HR support and communication to both English and Spanish-speaking employees.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct new hire orientations in English and Spanish.
- Coordinate pre-employment steps including background checks and drug screens.
- Maintain applicant tracking records and staffing reports.
- Serve as a bilingual liaison between employees, supervisors, and HR.
- Assist with onboarding, employee questions, and HR administrative tasks.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with HR systems, ATS, and Microsoft Office preferred.
