As our Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist focused on talent acquisition, you’ll be the connector between passionate professionals and meaningful work in social services while also providing support to other essential HR functions. As our Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist at The Villages of Indiana, you will:
Lead organization recruitment including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles
Utilize the applicant tracking system and other recruitment analytics to monitor hiring effectiveness
Create and maintain standardized interview guides and evaluation tools
Ensure talent acquisition and background check requirements meet all contract and organization standards
Assist with benefit administration and compliance
Assist and coordinate with benefit broker and vendors to maintain accurate plan administration and resolve employee concerns.
Appropriately handles employee relations issues in line with employment law and The Villages’ mission, vision, goals and objectives
Serve as a resource for employees regarding workplace concerns, policies, and conflict resolution.
Position Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
A combination of education and experience may be considered
Four years of Human Resources experience including at least two years of talent acquisition
Preferred:
SHRM-/HRCI certification (or the ability to get certified)
