Location: Indianapolis

Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Human Resources Specialist, Retirement Programs (Lay Employees & Clergy Benefits) is located in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities include managing and administering retirement programs for lay employees and clergy, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records. The specialist will work closely with personnel to address inquiries related to retirement benefits, coordinate processes for enrollment and updates, and provide support for related HR initiatives.

Collaboration with HR management and other departments is essential to deliver quality service and ensure program efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies.
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and retirement program management.
  • Skills in Personnel Management, with a focus on effective communication and employee support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and record-keeping standards in the HR field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a faith-based or non-profit organization is an advantage but not required.
