Employment Specialist

We are looking for Employment Specialist-Recruiters to join our team on the west side of Indianapolis. We have 2 offices located on the west side of Indianapolis and Lebanon. A successful Employment Specialist/Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and assist with hiring needs. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline;

and building relationship with clients who use Express for staffing.

• $40-50k salary depending on experience, + uncapped commission

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates by using recruiting databases, ATS, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
• Build influential relationships with hiring managers and manage key accounts.
