Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Employee Relations
Location: Indianapolis
Overview
Serves as the first point of contact for the HR Service Center, which is available for all IU Health team members statewide, to receive support and guidance on a variety of Human Resources programs and policies. Handles a high-volume of inbound calls and written requests regarding Oracle HR transactions, benefit programs and enrollment procedures, leave programs, HR policies and programs. Processes, troubleshoots, and approves a high-volume of Oracle HR transactions and verifications of team member data to support statewide operations.
Participates in testing for system updates or enhancements and helps identify HR trends and issues that impact all team members. Partners with other HR colleagues across the system to ensure team member needs are addressed appropriately in an efficient and professional manner.
- High School Diploma/GED is required. Associate's Degree is preferred.
- Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Previous Human Resources experience preferred.
- Requires experience in Microsoft programs (Word and Excel).
