Talent Acquisition Partner

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner will work as part of the global recruiting team and own end-to-end recruiting activities for engineering and software roles. The position will require using a variety of leading edge recruiting resources to identify, recruit, evaluate, recommend, and secure qualified candidates for open positions to ensure the achievement of company growth plans.

• Full-cycle recruitment of exempt-level roles, primarily engineering, software and project management.
• Manage the interview process with candidates and hiring managers in accordance with company guidelines, negotiate salaries and present job offers to candidates.
• Represent Bastian Solutions at career fairs and other local events.
• Source, identify and qualify candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Develop a strategy to increase talent pool.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for commonly filled positions.
• Develop and administer communication plans to attract active and passive candidates.
• Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires.
• Participate in organizational wide improvement projects.
• Help with company-wide engagement events.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to use ATS systems, complying with EEO processes and maintain complete candidate tracking information.
• Ability to provide consistent communication and messages to candidates regarding our company, products, culture, etc.
• Knowledge of using networking, social media and technology to attract passive top talent.
• Ability to work independently and be resourceful.
• Ability to manage confidential employee relation information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
