Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Talent Management leadership team in the role of Domain Lead – Coaching Assessments and Team Effectiveness.
The Coaching Assessments and Team Effectiveness Domain Lead is responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise strategy for coaching, assessments, and team effectiveness initiatives. This role designs scalable programs that accelerate leader impact, enhance team dynamics, and embed coaching and diagnostic tools into the organization’s talent ecosystem. Serving on the Organizational Development and Talent Management Leadership Team, the Domain Lead collaborates closely with HR, business leaders, and external coaches to deliver insight-driven, scalable solutions that elevate leadership capabilities and strengthen team performance.
Additionally, they provide executive and front-line leader coaching to foster a culture of continuous growth and organizational agility.

Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Leadership, or I/O Psychology is required.
- Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field is preferred.
- 10 plus years of experience in talent management, leadership development and coaching, or team effectiveness is required.
- 3 plus years of experience leading people and teams is required.
- Certification in various coaching is required, including ICF, ACC, or IPEC.
- Certification in assessment tools is required, including Hogan, DiSC, MBTI, Gallup Strengths, Multi-Rater/360 Feedback
- Assessments, or feedback models such as SBI and GROW.
- Requires proven experience designing and scaling coaching programs and team interventions.
- Requires experience in coaching and advising leaders and executives.
Requires the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights and influence senior stakeholders.
