Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Indianapolis, IN. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:
  • As the HRIT Solution SME HR, you will be a member of our global HRIT team with proficiency in Workday and HR best practices.
  • Working closely with the product owners, you will be responsible for determining and implementing the strategic direction of the Workday solution at the client and operate globally, working with senior stakeholders inside the HR function and in the wider business community, and will be responsible for determining the way in which Workday and other HR systems linked to Workday should operate to ensure optimum performance.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring that the Workday solution is aligned with the HR strategy to support operational effectiveness and cost efficiency of our function.
  • You will be expected to keep up to date with the Workday solution so that future enhancements can be introduced to the client as appropriate, and be a subject matter expert across the Workday implementation, offering advice and guidance to all users of the system and in debugging, so that the client maintains a high level of service of the HR Systems solutions.
  • Strategic direction of HR systems solutions - especially Workday
  • Working with senior stakeholders and being a "go-to" person for HR systems solutions and advice
  • Ability to train employees in HR systems solutions
  • Designing and implementing standard processes with the business to maximize self‑service opportunities
  • Working with the Business to agree Service Level Agreements, delivering implementation plans for the introduction of services
  • Working with the Business on change management and transitional activities
  • Build relationships across the HR teams to develop a good understanding of all process areas
  • Represent the Global HRIS Team professionally with a range of key stakeholders, internal and external
  • Review additional requirements for HRIS service and assist the HRIS in implementing new services and improving current service provision.

Job Requirements

Required Skills /

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Security functionality of Workday
  • Minimum 2 years of Workday experience (not brand new), specifically in the Recruiting Module
Preferred Skills /

Qualifications:
  • Experience in Workday security.
