This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who enjoys organization, employee interaction, and process support. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with recruiting coordination, onboarding, and HR documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate new hire onboarding and orientation logistics
Assist with recruiting support, interview scheduling, and job postings
Maintain employee files and HR system data
Support benefits enrollment paperwork and HR reporting
Assist with compliance tracking and training coordination
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (HR or Business a plus)
1–3 years of HR, administrative, or office support experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
$45,000 – $58,000 annually, based on experience
