Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Midwest Production Recruiting team! This office-based role is in our Indianapolis office at 500

E. 96th Street, Suite 300, Indianapolis, IN.

This opportunity is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent.

Responsibilities
  • This role will help lead the efforts of experienced professional hiring across the firm. The qualified candidate will play an important role in the growth of Kimley-Horn.
  • This person will engage with the best external talent, and build candidate pipelines for active and passive candidates.
  • Develop tools for our firm to market the company as a best place to work.
  • Manage and coordinate the recruiting program including: applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, updates, etc.
  • Promote our Employee Referral Program internally.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of professional work experience preferred
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as previous experience presenting to groups.
  • Ability to travel, as needed.
  • Professional presence and charisma, with the ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff.
