Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced People Experience Specialist who will oversee and manage all aspects of employee relations across the organization. This role is responsible for proactively addressing employee concerns, conducting fair and thorough investigations, and resolving complex workplace issues while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The People Experience Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, promoting a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.

You will partner closely with HR leadership, managers, and cross‑functional teams to identify trends, mitigate risk, and implement effective employee relations strategies. This is a fast‑paced, high‑visibility role requiring strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to balance business needs with employee advocacy.
This role will be on site in our Corporate office

What You Will Be Doing
  • Partner with leaders, managers, and employees to address and resolve employee relations concerns in a fair, consistent, and timely manner
  • Investigate employee complaints, conflicts, and workplace issues, including conducting interviews, gathering documentation, and recommending appropriate resolutions
  • Provide guidance and coaching to management on employee relations matters, performance management, corrective action, and policy interpretation
  • Develop, implement, and maintain employee relations policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on employee relations topics, workplace expectations, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with HR partners and leadership to ensure consistent application of policies and mitigate organizational risk
  • Monitor employee morale, engagement, and workplace trends; recommend and support initiatives to improve employee experience and retention
  • Prepare reports, metrics, and data‑driven recommendations for leadership based on employee relations cases and trends
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to strengthen employee relations practices
  • Lead the onboarding and off‑boarding processes to create a seamless, supportive experience for employees while ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, human resources, or a closely related discipline
  • Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
  • Proven problem‑solving, investigation, and conflict‑resolution capabilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Ideal Qualifications

Certification in Employee Relations or HR.
