Job Summary

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and recruiting top talent for our company. You will promote our company’s culture and values, helping attract the best talent. Your expertise in recruiting strategies, candidate assessment, and relationship building will be essential to our growing company. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, leveraging a range of recruiting resources to identify, recruit, evaluate, engage, and recommend qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full cycle recruiting:
    Proactively source qualified candidates for positions that are primarily non-exempt and entry-level positions, but will also include exempt and professional positions. These positions are located across the United States.
  • Collaboration:

    You will support, guide, and coach hiring managers through the recruiting and talent acquisition process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will work with hiring managers to understand the job responsibilities and team dynamics to find the right candidate for the role.
  • Hiring process:
    Manage every stage of the process, including drafting job descriptions, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, and working with HR to manage offer negotiations.

    Experience:

    Provide a personalized experience for every applicant, ensuring they receive thoughtful feedback and transparent communication.
  • Networking and Communication:
    Maintain a pipeline of candidates for commonly filled positions and for future needs. Develop communication strategies to attract candidates for hard-to-fill roles, both active and passive. Work with schools and organizations to promote our company and our positions.
  • Onboarding:
    Assist with onboarding for new hires.
  • Process Management:
    Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
Essential Skills
  • Interpersonal Communication:
    Exceptional ability to read social cues, build rapport quickly, and influence decision-making.
  • Critical Thinking:
    The ability to look beyond a resume to assess a candidate's potential, work ethic, and cultural fit for positions at all levels.
  • Negotiation:
    Skilled in navigating salary and benefits discussions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Time Management:
    Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    2+ years of proven success in full-cycle recruitment, with a track record of meeting hiring targets.
