Position Summary: The Senior HRIS & People Analytics Specialist will play a dual role in overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of HR digital workplace tools while delivering actionable insights through people analytics. This role is responsible for enhancing HR systems, improving employee experience, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making to support the People team’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will excel in HR technology management, process optimization, reporting analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR digital tools, including HRIS, employee portals, intranet, mobile apps, and other platforms.
  • Ensure systems are accessible, user‑friendly, and aligned with employee needs to drive productivity, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Configure and maintain HRIS systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and data security.
  • Partner with the People, IT, and Communication teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation and improve user experience.
  • Manage third‑party vendors and external contractors for system support, implementation, and enhancements.
  • Lead change management campaigns to promote tool adoption and self‑service culture across the organization.
  • Provide training and support to employees, ensuring optimal utilization of digital tools.
  • Develop data‑driven, compelling business cases to support and prioritize HR initiatives.
  • Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports for key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment, performance, employee experience, DEIB).
  • Analyze trends and patterns using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, DOMO) and translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Conduct benchmarking and analytical reviews to identify trends to anticipate challenges and promote continuous improvement to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct workshops, focus groups, and surveys to gather employee feedback, identify process gaps, and drive enhancements.
  • Streamline HR processes through automation and system integration, improving efficiency and reducing manual workload.
  • Develop and execute a knowledge management strategy to capture, organize, and share critical resources, fostering a culture of self‑service and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy regulations, and external audit requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects, maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR transactions, data integrity, and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate data, documentation, and reports.
  • Develop system and user documentation, ensuring processes are well‑documented and training materials are readily available.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5‑10 years of experience in HRIS management, people analytics, payroll or related roles.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Displays strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot problems.
  • Proactive and takes the lead on implementation of best practices.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling to deliver insights for decision‑making.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross‑functionally.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Solid understanding of compliance requirements, data privacy regulations, and HR processes.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not provide direct supervision to direct reports.

Language Skills

Superior verbal and written communication skills in English (Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus).

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
