Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Indianapolis (Hybrid with onsite meetings at Fairbanks facility, and additional visits to customer facilities)
Talent Acquisition Consultant, Non-Clinical Recruitment
Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody our mission and exemplify excellence, compassion, teamwork and purpose in all that they do. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn. In this role, you’ll support our leaders throughout the hiring process by helping manage job postings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating each step of the recruitment workflow.
You’ll play an important part in keeping searches on track and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required or equivalent years of experience. Requires knowledge in passive sourcing concepts.
- Knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g., FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience; previous recruiting experience preferred, healthcare setting a plus.
- Talent acquisition experience within a matrixed organization.
