• Oversee the cleanliness of rooms and public areas, and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist in cleaning rooms and public spaces when required.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs and expectations in a Resort with 250 to 400 rooms.
• Ensure correct use of automated cleaning equipment.
• Manage stock levels and identify supply needs.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with Club Med’s quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with other departments within the Resort.
• Guarantee adherence to hygiene and safety rules, as well as service excellence standards.
• Lead, motivate, and support your teams in their professional development.

As a G.E, you will be a key player in Club Med's excellence, working behind the scenes to ensure each day runs smoothly. Whether it’s preparing, organizing, or ensuring our guests’ comfort, you will take on a discreet yet essential role. You will be part of a multicultural team where every action counts in turning a guest’s stay into a unique experience.
