This is an on‑site Valet position located in Downtown Indianapolis, IN. The Valet will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service, and safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles. Additional tasks include maintaining the cleanliness of the valet area, assisting guests with luggage, Packages, and coordinating closely with other hotel staff to anticipate and meet guest needs.
Qualifications- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure guest needs are met and their experience is positive.
- Proficiency in Valet Parking and related procedures, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Basic Administration skills to manage parking tickets and track vehicle locations.
- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, valid driver’s license, and good driving record.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professional appearance.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
