Food and Beverage Supervisor

The Food and Beverage Supervisor ensures smooth front‑of‑house operations, delivering exceptional guest experience while supporting team performance. The role involves supervising servers, coordinating guest relations, and maintaining service standards in alignment with company standards.

• Supervise FOH staff; to include pre‑shift meetings and train new employees
• Serve as primary point of contact for guest concerns and ensure dining areas are clean and organized
• Manage daily FOH operations, coordinate with kitchen staff and assist with seating arrangements during peak business
• Track and verify voucher submissions and ensure accurate documentation
• Maintain adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Passion for service and the Food and Beverage industry
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage, preferably in a supervisory role
• Ability to comply with all health department standards, including certifications
• Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
• Reliability, flexibility, and ability to work nights, and weekends on a full‑time basis
• Ability to accurately handle money and credit card transactions
• Familiarity with POS systems and voucher tracking processes
