Conrad Indianapolis is looking for a Sales & Group Rooms Coordinator to join our team! This is an amazing opportunity to grow your career in a Fortune 500 company within a sophisticated luxury brand.
As the city’s first true luxury hotel, this 23‑story tower has 247 rooms, 15,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes The Capital Grille, Tastings – Wine Bar & Bistro, and in‑room dining.
As a Sales & Group Rooms Coordinator, you will provide the director and managers of sales, catering and events with administrative and clerical support including word‑processing, typing, e‑mailing, filing, data‑entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties. You will also assist on special projects as needed.

- 1 year of hotel experience or 2 years of administrative assistant experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to multi‑task and manage simultaneous demands of the team
- Strong time‑management and communication skills
- Hilton brand experience preferred
- Experience with OnQ or Delphi a plus!
