Job

Under direction of the Regional F&B Director, this individual will be responsible for effectively managing and directing all VIP areas, including VIP club, in‑seat service, catering, and suites.

What This Role Will Do
  • Oversee day‑to‑day Food & Beverage operations across all venues within the assigned region, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Live Nation General Managers, third‑party concessionaire leadership, Premium Service teams, Special Events teams, and Venue Operations.
  • Travel regularly to regional venues to conduct quality audits, support leadership teams, and participate in operational and strategic meetings.
  • Play a key leadership role in new venue openings, supporting pre‑opening planning, execution, and operational readiness as part of the Food & Beverage leadership team.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute menus and wine lists; manage guest relations and ensure adherence to company quality assurance and service standards.
  • Partner with the Head of Ballrooms and Theaters, Regional F&B Director, and corporate teams to develop and implement comprehensive Food & Beverage programs.
  • Manage labor and operating supply costs, ensuring performance within approved budgets while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ensure all venue equipment is properly maintained, fully operational, and cleaned according to established standards.
  • Implement and oversee training programs to maintain consistent, high‑level service standards across Ballrooms and Theaters.
  • Determine appropriate staffing levels for in‑seat service and VIP Clubs, monitoring labor costs, forecasts, and departmental budgets.
  • Optimize staffing plans for all events to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Participate in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and incentive programs.
  • Ensure inventory levels are accurately maintained and aligned with event requirements.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support overall business objectives.
What This Person Will Bring
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2‑3 years management experience in the contract food service industry, preferably in premium services, catering and concessions environment for a sports and entertainment venue.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a deadline‑oriented environment.
  • Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership, and management skills.
