Clinical Director

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest quality of care across the entire treatment continuum—from admission to discharge.

This leadership role oversees treatment planning, therapist supervision, program implementation, and clinical compliance while helping deliver exceptional behavioral health services to adults experiencing mental health challenges and co-occurring disorders.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise therapists and clinical staff
• Oversee individualized treatment planning and clinical programming
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, and regulatory standards
• Conduct EMR documentation audits and maintain clinical quality
• Manage staff schedules, supervision, and professional development
• Provide clinical updates for insurance authorizations
• Maintain a small caseload and facilitate therapy groups

What We're Looking For

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health discipline
• Active, unrestricted clinical license
• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical experience
• Strong leadership and clinical supervision skills
• Experience with DSM-5 diagnoses and EMR systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical setting
