This position is 100% on-site in Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of project planning and execution.
- Work with project team, sponsors, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timing.
- Create and manage detailed project plans including objectives, tasks, work structure, timelines, resources, and project risks.
- Coordinate and facilitate project team meetings and lead teams to accomplish project goals.
- Develop and implement procedures, databases, tools, etc. as needed for effective project management.
- Identify and manage risks associated with projects and resolve issues that arise during the project life cycle.
- Track and monitor project milestones, key metrics and analyze data to report to sponsors and stakeholders.
- Create detailed execution plans including schedules and resources, ensure alignment prior to rollout and track progress.
- Provide oversight of project execution through completion and document post-implementation lessons learned.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint);
English language proficiency (speak, read, write). - Effective phone and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent project management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ plasma management experience or 3 years of management experience.
- Equivalency considerations may apply as described in the job posting (example: Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience may be equivalent to other combinations).
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Extended periods of sitting, keyboard use, and computer monitor viewing. Noise level is usually moderate. Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions, and to perform a variety of tasks while influencing others and using judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Potential exposure to toxic and caustic chemicals and biological hazards in the donor center. Travel may be required up to 35% of the time.
This position is eligible to participate in up to 5% of the company bonus pool. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, up to 5% 401(K) match, and tuition reimbursement. Final compensation depends on education, experience, skillset, knowledge, location, and market data.
