This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Access Supervisor located in Indianapolis, IN. The Patient Access Supervisor will manage and oversee the daily operations of patient access services, including revenue cycle tasks, insurance verification, and ensuring accuracy in medical records and billing processes. The role involves leadership responsibilities and communication with staff and patients to maintain operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management and Insurance Verification
• Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Organizational and problem-solving skills are strongly preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare operations and patient services preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field is beneficial
