Location: Indianapolis

Position Summary

Behavior Technician at the Behavior Analysis Center for Autism (BACA) – part of LEARN Behavioral. BACA provides evidence‑based ABA therapy to children with autism. This entry‑level position offers a $500 sign‑on bonus after 60 days of employment and a rewarding opportunity to help children with autism learn communication, socialization, and self‑help skills through play‑based ABA.

Responsibilities
  • Help children with autism develop communication, socialization, and self‑help skills through play‑based ABA therapy.
  • Provide compassionate, enthusiastic, and reliable support to children and families.
  • Continuously learn about autism, learning differences, and ABA techniques.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Age 18 or older on the first day of employment.
  • Ability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Physical ability to push, pull, lift up to 35 lbs, sit, stoop, stand, walk, and run as required.
  • Potential eligibility to earn RBT certification with experience.
Benefits
  • $500 sign‑on bonus after 60 days of employment.
  • Full‑time: up to 15 days of paid time off after 90 days of employment.
  • Part‑time: eligible for sick leave.
  • Starting pay at $17/hr with opportunities to increase with experience.
  • Opportunity for promotion as early as three months.
Additional Information

At BACA, children aged 2–7 or 7–22 with autism and special needs are supported in one of our centers. The role includes working with a consistent weekly schedule from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (Monday–Friday).
