Perform personal care activities that assist patients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:

• Personal hygiene (assisting with bathroom use or bedpan, bathing, caring for mouth, shaving, skin, and hair)
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Eating
• Dressing/Shaving
• Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompanying patients to errands or medical appointments
• Housekeeping activities such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, washing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms

Perform patient‑specific activities taught by a Right at Home nurse, such as:

• Medication reminders
• Assisting with prescribed range‑of‑motion exercises
• Measuring and preparing special diets
• Understanding dementia care
• Incontinence care

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Ideally possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile.
• Experience or willingness to train.
