The Behavioral Health Clinician provides psychiatric clinical intervention services for patients and families. Administers direct and indirect patient care.

• Delivers patient-centered care reflecting the mission and values of Behavioral Health and Community Health Network.
• Participates in admission, screening, data collection and discharge for patients/families.
• Provides therapeutic interventions based on a multi-disciplinary treatment plan, which includes monitoring the milieu, individual therapeutic interactions, facilitation of psycho-educational groups, supportive counseling, and patient/family teaching.
• Ensures integrity of treatment milieu and safety for patients including the de-escalation of volatile situations.

• Bachelor’s degree ( Four (4) years Bachelor’s degree. )
• One (1) year experience working in health care or human services field. (required)
• Ability to collaborate with others in a team setting, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
