Caregiver Evening Shifts

About the Role

Right at Home is seeking caregivers to provide in‑home care for seniors and disabled adults across Indianapolis, Hamilton County and Johnson County. Candidates may have experience, otherwise training is provided. Weekend shifts are available immediately.

• Assist with personal hygiene (bathroom, bedpan use, oral care, skin and hair care)
• Help with ambulation, dressing, grooming
• Assist with feeding
• Engage clients in activities such as puzzles, card games, conversation
• Perform patient‑specific activities taught by a nurse: prescribed range‑of‑motion exercises, meal preparation as instructed
• Perform homemaking tasks: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping, dishes, laundry, bed linens, bathroom cleaning

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to promote and maintain a safe environment
• Dependable and reliable
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle or transportation
• Communicate effectively with office staff weekly
• Willingness to follow company policies and take direction from office staff

Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time, Temporary.

Salary: $15–$16 per hour, based on experience. Overtime, bonuses, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and holiday pay available.

Clients throughout Indianapolis, Hamilton County and Johnson County. Four home office locations for convenient placement.
