• Provide hands‑on support and companionship to clients as they transition between services or care locations.
• Assist with daily living activities and individualized care needs.
• Work closely with our care team to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.
• Travel to different client homes as assigned.

• 💡 Must be FLEXIBLE with hours — schedules vary based on client needs.
• Support clients one‑on‑one in their homes (no hospital or rehab assignments).

• Dependable, caring, and adaptable team member
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
