As a RBT, you will work with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to provide high-quality, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Responsibilities- Work one-on-one with kids (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to implement custom therapy plans for each child.
- Use creativity and enthusiasm in a play-based and naturalistic therapy setting.
- Help children progress in educational and social settings and prepare them to transition to a traditional school setting.
- Track and document progress as you implement custom therapy programs.

- Paid training to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification, with additional training as you progress through career levels.
- Tuition reimbursement toward master s level education;

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.
- Experience with children preferred but not required.
- Passion for working with children with autism and their families.
- Team-oriented, caring attitude and commitment to daily progress for learners.
- Physical requirements:
ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs; able to sustain impact; running, crouching, squatting, kneeling; full range of motion; ability to move between standing and seated/kneeling positions; communicate verbally and in writing. - Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license preferred.
- Background check and drug test required at time of hire.
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00
