We are looking for dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to join AVENUES RECOVERY CENTER in Indianapolis, IN. This full‑time role covers all shifts.

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with seventeen locations across five states. Our programs include detox, residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient services. We pride ourselves on evidence‑based clinical curriculum and individualized care, and we value the impact of our people.

Behavioral Health Technicians for all shifts (First: 7 am‑3:30 pm, Second: 3 pm‑11:30 pm, Third: 11 pm‑7:30 am) for our new Detox and Residential treatment facility in Indianapolis, IN.

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medication management, etc.)
• Train and support the BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one‑year period of sustained sobriety is required
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
