Wellness RN A Great Opportunity /Full Time/ $70,000~$80,000 per year

• Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• Assess and care for individuals in their residence
• Assure the health and safety of all individuals and promote self‑esteem
• Assist in employee development and site training of peers as requested
• Assist individual in learning appropriate self‑care techniques
• Development, oversight and maintenance of the wellness coordination plan under the direct supervision of the assigned RN
• Responsible for the supplementation of nursing care needs of the individuals served as directed by the appropriate RN
• Administer and instruct on administration of medication

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Indiana RN license
• Acceptable background check
• Auto insurance
• Valid driver’s license that meets company insurance guidelines
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area
• Possess a sincere desire to provide service and support to those in need
• Ability to make sound judgments
• Preferably experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
