Overview

Caregiver Evening Shifts Weekly Pay at Right at Home Indianapolis. We service clients all over Indianapolis and surrounding areas, with 4 home office locations to place you in the most convenient location. Right at Home is looking for passionate individuals to join a dynamic care team providing in‑home care for seniors and disabled adults in Southeast and Northeast Indianapolis, Hamilton County and Johnson County.

Experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aide (HHA) are a plus. We are hiring immediately for weekend shifts. You can make a difference in your career by helping people stay in the comfort of their homes.

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, ambulation, dressing, grooming, and feeding as directed by an established plan of care.
• Provides engagement activities with the client (e.g., puzzles, card games, conversation) and assists with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Performs homemaking duties including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms.
• Assists with meal preparation in accordance with instructions and supports patients to stay safe at home.
• Communicates effectively with nursing staff to follow the plan of care and report changes in condition.

• Performs personal care activities to support activities of daily living as defined above.

• Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job
• Effective communication with office staff on a weekly basis

Salary: $15-16/hour based on experience. Opportunities available for overtime, bonuses, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and holiday pay.
