We Service Clients all over Indianapolis and surrounding areas. With 2 home office locations we are able to place you in the most convenient location!

Right at Home is looking for passionate individuals to join a dynamic care team providing care for our clients in-home. We provide care for Seniors and Disabled Adults throughout North Central Indianapolis and the surrounding counties. Experience preferred but not necessary- we will train the right candidate! Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides a plus. We are hiring immediately for all shifts and provide flexible schedules!

Caregiver provides various personal care and related paraprofessional services in accordance with an established plan of care. Provides for the personal needs and comfort of patients in their homes.

• Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair)
• Ambulation
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Assists with feeding
• Engagement activities with client (puzzles, card games, conversation)
• Patient-specific activities taught by a nurse (assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises)
• Meal Preparation in accordance to instruction
• Performing homemaking activities (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms)

• Verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to promote and maintain a safe environment
• Dependability
• Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job.
• Communicate effectively with office staff on a weekly basis
• Must be willing to follow all company policies and take direction from office staff

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary.

Pay Scale: $15.00-$16.00 per hour depending on experience.

Opportunities available for bonuses, mileage reimbursement, PTO & holiday pay.
