Sr Financial Analyst - System Services

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our finance team in the role of Sr Financial Analyst.
Supports prudent financial management through data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and modeling. Performs monthly and/or ad hoc reporting, prepares pro formas based on historical, comparative, and projection data. Provides accurate analysis to support outcome and impact based decision making. Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy.
This is a hybrid role Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM reporting to Fairbanks Hall two days per week. Candidates should have strong Excel skills.

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Requires 2+ years of relevant financial and operational analysis experience.
- Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
- Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
