We’re looking for passionate individuals to join a dynamic care team providing care for our clients in-home. We provide care for Seniors and Disabled Adults throughout Southeast and Northeast Indianapolis, Hamilton County and Johnson County. Experience preferred but not necessary—we will train the right candidate! Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides are a plus. We are hiring immediately for weekend shifts.

• Personal hygiene (assist with bathroom, bedpan, bathing, mouth care, skin and hair)
• Ambulation
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Assists with feeding
• Engagement activities with client (puzzles, card games, conversation)
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises (as directed by nurse)
• Meal preparation per instruction
• Homemaking activities (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning bathrooms)

• Verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to promote and maintain a safe environment
• Dependability
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured automobile or adequate transportation
• Effective weekly communication with office staff
• Willingness to follow company policies and take direction from office staff

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Salary: $14-16/hour based on experience.
