We Service Clients all over Indianapolis and surrounding areas. With 4 home office locations we are able to place you in the most convenient location! Right at Home is looking for passionate individuals to join a dynamic care team providing care for our clients in-home. We provide care for Seniors and Disabled Adults throughout Southeast and Northeast Indianapolis, Hamilton County and Johnson County.

Experience preferred but not necessary- we will train the right candidate! Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides a plus. We are hiring immediately for weekend shifts. You can make a difference in your career by helping people stay in the comfort of their homes!

• Provides personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living (personal hygiene, ambulation, dressing, grooming, feeding, engagement activities, etc).
• Performs patient-specific activities taught by a nurse (e.g., prescribed range of motion exercises, meal preparation, homemaking activities).

• Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair)
• Ambulation

• Assists with feeding
• Engagement activities with client (puzzles, card games, conversation)
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Meal Preparation in accordance to instruction
• Performing homemaking activities (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms).

• Verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to promote and maintain a safe environment
• Dependability
• Valid driver's license and use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation
• Communicate effectively with office staff on a weekly basis
• Must be willing to follow all company policies and take direction from office staff

• Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

• $15-16/hour based on experience.

• Opportunities available for overtime, bonuses, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and holiday pay.
