Overview
NEW - Part-Time / PRN Physical Therapist. Home Services Unlimited provides Medicare-certified home health care throughout the Indianapolis area. We currently are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide therapy in our patients' homes.
ResponsibilitiesProvide therapy in patients' homes.
Qualifications- Graduate of approved physical therapy program.
- Current license to practice as PT in Indiana.
- Minimum of one-year clinical experience (prefer past experience in home care).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work as team member.
