Right at Home is seeking dedicated and reliable Caregivers for evening and overnight shifts to provide quality in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in Southeast and Northeast Indianapolis.

Experience is preferred but not required — we provide training to the right candidates! Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) are a plus. Immediate openings available for evening and overnight hours.

What We’re Looking For:

Evening and overnight availability required

Prior caregiving experience preferred

Reliable transportation

Professional and dependable attitude

Clear and effective English communication skills

Ability to follow a care plan and ensure client comfort and safety

Job Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities

Provide companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

Monitor client well-being during overnight hours

Travel to client homes within our service ZIP codes
