We’re growing fast and looking to add a Director, Provider Sales to our team.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director, Provider Sales to lead our efforts in acquiring and expanding relationships with healthcare providers—including health systems, physician groups, and post-acute care organizations—across the country. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare provider landscape and demonstrate the ability to build strong, long-lasting partnerships. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue, shaping our go-to-market strategy, and ensuring that our solutions deliver maximum value to provider organizations and their patients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to provider organizations
• Strong understanding of the healthcare provider market, including knowledge of clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and value-based care models
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience executing sales strategies that drive both new business and account expansion
• Experience with CRM systems, Hubspot preferred
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and prospects

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Execute a comprehensive sales strategy initially targeting skilled nursing facilities, and over time targeting a diverse range of healthcare providers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the provider segment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at provider organizations
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer value
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
• Accurately document all sales activity in CRM
• Represent Olio at industry conferences and networking events
