We're seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Engagement Manager-AI Strategy with deep healthcare expertise to lead client-facing consulting engagements, develop and execute AI-driven transformation strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders at hospitals, health systems, insurers, and other healthcare organizations. This role is both visionary and hands‑on, ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives at the intersection of cutting‑edge technology and complex operational challenges.

Strategic Leadership

• Define and drive AI transformation roadmaps for healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory frameworks, and ethical best practices.
• Lead the development of AI adoption frameworks tailored to provider, payer, and life sciences stakeholders.
• Shape the engagement model for large‑scale healthcare consulting initiatives, from visioning to execution.

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Serve as the primary strategy lead for client engagements, overseeing cross‑functional teams and ensuring high‑impact outcomes.
• Conduct discovery sessions, strategic assessments, and executive briefings with C-level stakeholders.
• Provide subject matter expertise in healthcare operations, patient engagement, revenue cycle, clinical workflows, and digital health.

Thought Leadership & Innovation

• Collaborate with internal product, data science, and engineering teams to refine AI solutions based on client insights.
• Represent Unique Minds.ai at healthcare forums, panels, and executive round tables.
• Contribute to white papers, webinars, and industry thought pieces that elevate our voice in the healthcare AI space.

Required

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or strategy—preferably in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of healthcare delivery models, payer systems, regulatory environments (e.g., HIPAA, CMS), and health data interoperability.
• Proven track record in developing and executing AI or digital transformation strategies for healthcare organizations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with clinical and executive audiences.

Preferred

• Experience working with generative AI tools, LLMs, or healthcare‑specific AI platforms.
• Previous tenure at a leading consultancy, professional services, health system innovation team, or health tech company.
• Master’s degree in health administration, Public Health, or a related field. (MBA/MPH/MD/PhD a plus.)
