Center Apheresis Medical Specialist

Overview

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN.

• Pay: /hr.
• Length of Assignment: 6 months to start with possible extension.
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 1st shift.
• Under the supervision of the center responsible physician (e.g., Center Medical Director) and Center Management the Center Apheresis Medical Specialist will ensure donor eligibility, product integrity and the continued good health of donors through the compliance with FDA regulations and SOP Manual guidelines.
• Responsible for oversight and performance of leukapheresis procedures in accordance with all approved SOPs and FDA regulations as well as monitoring donor status before, during, and after procedures, monitoring for and managing adverse reactions and adjusting the procedure as needed.
• Promote customer satisfaction through appropriate interaction and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Builds rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction with the center to support long term donation.

• Bachelors of Nursing degree.
• Active nursing license in Indiana.
