Location: Rushville

Rush County Memorial Hospital, along with Rush County Medical Clinic, is currently accepting applications for a part-time or full-time Radiology Technologist to join our team. We are a Rural Emergency Hospital that provides 24/7 emergency room care as well as outpatient services. Flexible work schedule.

Requirements:

Technical knowledge of positioning for diagnostic x-ray and CT
Ability to evaluate images and provide technical assistance to staff
Current ARRT Certification or registry eligible and must be registered within 6 months of hire date

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain quality service and image production
Oversee purchasing of supplies and equipment based upon budget requirements
Monitor and assist in diagnosing network issues in order to maintain workflow in department
Monitor radiation levels for employees to ensure safety
Oversee PACS administration to ensure organization and ready access of patient exams
Oversee the scheduling of and documentation completion for Ultrasound, Mammography and Bone Densitometry
