Make a Difference. As an integral part of the health care team, the Registered Radiation Therapist performs direct patient care. The Radiation Therapist will administer ionizing radiation accurately and precisely for therapeutic purposes following the treatment plan prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. They will be responsible for efficient operation of modern, complex treatment equipment, performing Quality Assurance duties, and assisting with daily patient billing and statistics.

• Direct patient care as a Radiation Therapist
• Administer ionizing radiation accurately and precisely for therapeutic purposes following the treatment plan prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist
• Operate modern, complex treatment equipment efficiently
• Perform Quality Assurance duties
• Assist with daily patient billing and statistics

• Exceptional communication and patient care skills
• Aptitude toward the team philosophy
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Basic computer skills
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required
• License:
  Current license as a Radiation Therapist by the State of Indiana and current R.T.(T)(ARRT)
