• Support recruitment, orientation, scheduling, and deployment of motorsports team members to meet program staffing needs
• Collaborate with emergency service partners to ensure coordinated response efforts
• Assist with preparation, organization, and distribution of motorsports equipment and supplies
• Ensure compliance with event coordination communications and documentation requirements
• Participate in after-action reviews and provide operational updates to team leadership

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of operational leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Current EMT or Paramedic certification preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills

• Associate degree preferred
• Experience in EMS, motor sport, public safety, or event operations strongly preferred
• Proficiency in preparing reports and operational documentation
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities
