Within our Retail locations, we bring this promise to life with heart every day. Upon joining, a Technician must complete a rigorous training program and satisfy all registration, licensing and certification requirements according to state Board of Pharmacy guidelines. Until all requirements are completed, duties may be restricted by the Pharmacy Manager.

- Understand and comply with all relevant federal, state and local laws, regulations, professional standards and ethical principles; comply with CVS policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
- Deliver additional patient health care services (e.g., immunizations, point‑of‑care testing, and voluntary staffing of off‑site clinics) where allowable by law and supported by required training and certification.
